Ron Kirk Finance Director

Ron Kirk is a chartered accountant; chartered tax associate and fellow of the royal society of arts. In his formative years he worked in executive financial positions in Anglo American Group in South Africa & Courtaulds in the UK. He later moved on to be managing director of Mansfield Brewery .

He worked as a corporate financial consultant engaged in negotiating and securing finance for acquisitions and start-up businesses ranging from £1,5m to £600,0m. This work included successful acquisitions of Somerfield Supermarkets, Kwik save and Edinburgh Woollen Mills.

Latterly he has been engaged as an entrepreneur in the development of new creative retail brands involving bars, restaurants supermarkets and convenience stores.
