Global Food Consulting Ltd (GFC) is a multi-disciplinary agency, specialising in strategic direction through to brand development and implementation of food retail and restaurant concepts and consumer brands in Asia, Europe and the UK.
GFC brings a global approach to all our projects and operates from offices in London, Beijing and will be opening our Hong Kong office in January 2012.
The GFC team have over 40 years collective experience working for some of the most influential names in food retail and hospitality including: Selfridges & Co, Jumeirah Group, Shangri-La Hotels, A.S.Watson (Hong Kong & China), Blanc Restaurants and Nobu Restaurants.
Stephen Wright and Monica Yao, the Directors and main shareholders have worked across North America, Hong Kong, China, Thailand, the UK and Middle East in senior positions managing both existing operations and creating new businesses. They are supported by Ron Kirk a senior Finance Director with extensive experience in food retail and hospitality sectors.
