One of the joys of doing a job which revolves around food and drink, is that you get to work with innovative and passionate people from all over the world.

For 16 years I’ve been lucky enough to source, create, and run award winning brands. Every once in a while I come across a product which has that ‘little something extra’ and you just know it is going to take the market by storm.

We discovered one such brand in Paris last year while doing our regular European road trip. (4 weeks of eating, talking, drinking and a little slice of work).

Launched in Colette in September 2010, LOV Organic describes itself as ‘The Organic tea that makes everyday life more beautiful’.

With so many tea brands on the market delivering style over content, LOV is the perfect blend of simple but beautiful design, uncompromising production ethics and unrivalled product quality. From the hand stitched muslin tea bags, to the sustainable packaging, LOV is all about the detail.

Knowing that the UK’s love affair with tea is set to evolve over the next decade, we have teamed up with LOV and its sister brand Kusmi to bring ‘leaf chic’ to London in 2012.

Following a successful Pop Up in Harvey Nichols and sponsorship with London Fashion week earlier this autumn, LOV Organic is available exclusively in Selfridges Oxford Street in December and then selected John Lewis stores from February 2012.

Despite all the economic doom and gloom, one thing we can promise in 2012……………….. ’LOV is all around’.
